Samantha Everts is an experienced consultant and promotions expert in artist and individual publicity.  With a solid understanding of the music industry in various genres, audience demographic and intimate knowledge of publications and media outlets to bring attention to your band, project or cause, Samantha is professional and dedicated to her clients.  As a result of 10 years of involvement in the independent music scene as a journalist, radio DJ, band manager and concert organizer, she understands that the most difficult thing for artists to do is to balance business and creation of music as they’re both full-time gigs.

She specializes in the creation of press releases, grant writing and marketing material including CD releases and band branding.  With unique and highly valuable strategies, she will meet with you to help you reach your goals and work in close consultation with your vision.  With contacts across Canada, she is skilled in designing and executing publicity campaigns by utilizing social networking to connect you to your highest potential audience as well as traditional resources like news media and posters.   Support for Event planning, sponsorship and advertising, festival applications and grant writing can also be services also offered.

She has secured media coverage for clients in newspapers and magazines, TV, radio, online media including influential blogs, podcasts and popular webisodes in Canada, America and Middle East.

In 2011 she successfully organized and ran all of the Ottawa Rock Lottery being responsible for all press relations, event management, social media, fundraising and execution.

In 2006 she was given theWestern Quebecers Award for Youth Leadership in recognition for her impressive skills in music promotion and management.

Promotional Modeling and Street Teaming
